Experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifying candidates must be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
The candidate will be responsible for patient scheduling, patient retention, contacting insurance companies for verification of benefits, treatment planning and discussing treatment and fees with patients, be proficient with Microsoft Office products, and be able to monitor incoming texts and emails from patients and respond within a timely manner.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
