We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our company to assist our Contract Billing Specialists with job cost records as well as other duties in relation to projects, including maintaining physical job files.
The work involved will take two to three days per week with the remaining time to be used learning and helping alleviate some workload in our Accounts Payable department as we continue to grow our business.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Good communication skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets are essential.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
