Responsibilities:
No matter the task, you'll prioritize quality, safety, and ethics Your daily duties may vary between operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence Take ownership of our machinery - making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations Because Operations Team Members work cross-functionally, you may occasionally be required to drive company vehicles WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
You like working with people and feel comfortable maintaining relationships with colleagues You commit to working in a safe environment - OSHA training will be provided Solutions come easy to you - problem-solving and quick thinking are your thing Punctuality and accountability are important to you You're able to work independently or as part of a team You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy making things right WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight) Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we'll provide that for you Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times Working in varying temperatures - the area near the retorts can be very warm, while packaging areas are more of a controlled climate YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US BECAUSE:
