The facility includes four chemical manufacturing units and four filling lines with all support services required.

We are searching for talented and reliable Maintenance Technicians (Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician) to join our maintenance department.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of our facility.
This person will need to be skilled in a variety of areas.
The Maintenance Technician position is a multicraft role requiring either strong mechanical or strong electrical expertise and an interest in learning both.
Duties will include conducting equipment inspections, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
Work hours are 7:
00am - 3:
30pm or 3:
00pm - 11:
30pm with 1 weekend rotation every few weeks.
Maintenance Technicians will operate and maintain utilities, which include:
steam boiler, steam equipment, condensate equipment, chilled water equipment, cooling water equipment, air compressor, air dryer, and other industrial equipment.
The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
Coordinate with the production team for maintenance of equipment.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Perform general maintenance tasks.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Education and competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing technician role.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Physically capable of wearing a respirator.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Able to use basic and advanced tools as required for the task at hand.
